Practice Manager
Job Summary
The position is incentive eligible with a salary range of $56,243.20 - $90,084.80 per year. Sunrise ENT, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Practice Manager to lead clinic operations and ensure patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a healthcare or clinic setting
- 3-5 years of healthcare leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct day-to-day clinic functions to ensure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
- Manage staff performance, including supervising, coaching/counseling front office and clinical staff, interviewing, hiring, and training new staff
- Address issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients and seek out appropriate leaders or partners to problem solve and process improve
- Develop the practice budget, including profit and loss responsibility of the physician practice, including revenue, expenses, and budgeting
