About the role

The Practice Administrator will oversee daily operations at the OrthoCarolina Pediatrics Practice location in Charlotte, ensuring that all activities and schedules are optimized for maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations at the Practice site and coordinate work activities and schedules to maximize total Practice potential.
  • Administer clinic policies and procedures in a consistent and timely manner, aligning with OrthoCarolina’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians to enhance patient service and workflow.
  • Work collaboratively with other Practice Managers or Operations Managers within the site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in health/business administration preferred.
  • 7 years of medical office management experience, or 2 years of management experience with 2 years of health care industry experience.

  • Fosters and supports a team-oriented environment that promotes and improves quality throughout the organization.
