About the role
The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a dynamic ProServe Account Executive (PAE) to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Responsibilities
Engage new and existing customers in the Financial with transformative projects involving IT Strategy, distributed architecture, and hybrid cloud operations.
Work closely with ProServe Cloud Architects, Engagement Managers, and Delivery Consultants to drive customer success and business growth.
Build trust with customers, identify applicable AWS Professional Services offerings, and create proposals and secure customer signoff of Statements of Work (SOWs).
Ensure successful project delivery by monitoring ongoing projects to ensure delivery of agreed Customer Business Outcomes (CBOs) and maximizing revenue potential.
Advocate for customers while balancing AWS business objectives.
Requirements
Experience in selling services within the technology/consulting sector, translating technical concepts into business value for customers.
Proficiency in business development, executing sales methodologies, and managing CRM systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
Ability to lead business outcomes and execute long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps.
Experience in working with C-level executives, IT, lines of business, procurement, finance, legal, and internal stakeholders for sizeable commercial/enterprise deals.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
Qualifications
6+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience.
Exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent experience.
Experience working with, presenting to, and negotiating with C-level executives, IT, lines of business, procurement, finance, legal and internal stakeholders for sizeable commercial/enterprise deals.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
Skills

Pay
Base salary range: $187,000.00 - $253,000.00 USD annually
Schedule
Full-time position with up to 50% travel to customer sites.
