Responsibilities

  • Customer/User Acquisition including paid social, paid search, display, and partnerships
  • Manage and optimize the large-scale paid social in Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube; and paid search campaigns in Google AdWords, Bing, Apple Search, and Amazon Search to meet the target KPIs across a diverse range of initiatives (eg: revenue generation, new subscribers, win back lapsed subscribers, new product or series awareness, app installs, content sampling, video views, and product engagement)
  • Generate, maintain, and refine keyword lists (long-tail keywords and phrases), ad copy, site link extensions, and any other campaign assets.
  • Perform ongoing keyword research for inclusion and exclusion.
  • Implement digital marketing campaigns on paid social channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat)
  • Adjust and optimize marketing campaigns/keywords and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions in order to hit ROAS targets as directed using feedback & input from Senior leadership
  • Adjust and update ad assets and monitor campaigns.

  • Pull platform reporting to monitor campaign pacing and help keep campaign reports up to date
  • QA campaign launches and ensures data is being properly fed into reporting tools
  • Demonstrate interest in developing stronger analytical skills to measure and report on marketing programs and KPIs
  • Manage monthly invoicing process
  • Create and deliver presentations of test results and strategies to clients.
  • Collect data that can be analyzed to develop optimization strategies to ensure campaign performance and drive growth.
  • Stay abreast of new platform updates and features
  • Special ad hoc projects, as needed
  • Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and/or other social channels).
    • Experience with the principles of creating an advertising campaign; composing audience targeting strategies, generating ad creative for testing, and optimizing for increased ROAS.
    • Demonstrated ability to interpret data for insights and next steps.
    • Facebook Blueprint certification preferred.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – the partners we curate content from run on positive relationships, so you have a role in maintaining a positive image for Bold+Beyond.
    • Understanding of social media metrics, conversion funnels, and the ability to link results with specific elements of a broader campaign
    • Demonstrated capability of self-direction and motivation – you will have a lot of freedom to make decisions, explore new aspects of an evolving field, and drive the team forward, but that requires a personality that thrives with challenges and finds solutions
    • Work well under pressure, as some responsibilities may be time-sensitive and under tight deadlines
    • Video editing skills/knowledge in Adobe Premiere is a plus
