Incorp Pro Canada Inc. is a Canadian corporate paralegal firm specializing in incorporation services for small business owners and entrepreneurs across Canada. We handle incorporations, non-profit setups, offshore companies, filings for existing businesses (annual returns, shareholder/director changes), sole proprietorships, tradename registration, trademark applications, minute book preparation, and other corporate tasks. Clients primarily place orders through our website from Ontario, Quebec, and BC.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and optimize successful PPC and SEO campaigns through Google Ads, Bing (Microsoft Ads), and Yahoo Ads.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and Target CPA).
  • Provide monthly analytic reports with recommendations to drive and optimize traffic, behavior campaign response, keyword research/analysis, SEO, and SEM opportunities.
  • Continuously work with SEO, Yoast, and other platforms to optimize organic search ranking.
  • Develop and manage multimedia content for YouTube channels, blogs, posters, videos, and audio podcasts.
  • Manage social media accounts to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, grow followers, build website traffic, and generate leads.
  • Edit documents in MS Word as needed.
  • Support documentation and business development teams.
  • Perform additional duties such as receptionist tasks, postal label creation, photocopying, and faxing.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s or undergraduate degree from a Canadian university or college. Preferred fields: economics, finance, BBA, marketing, multimedia, IT, e-commerce, mathematics, computer science, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum one year of work experience in a PPC-related field in Canada (required).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to long-term growth and career advancement within the company.
  • Strong teamwork and independent work ethic with minimal monitoring.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in video editing, graphic design, YouTube channels, Google Drive, Excel, internet browsers, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Willingness to learn and undergo ongoing training on diverse products.
