Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

The Digital Marketing Officer will be the conductor of all of Yourent's lead generation, marketing automation, and communication campaigns. Responsible for identifying prospects with the right profile in target markets, reaching out to them through the most relevant channels, and helping drive their conversion and, once they become clients, their retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead all lead generation, marketing automation, and communication campaigns
• Set up tools and initiatives to find and reach out to the right prospects in target markets
• Feed the sales pipeline
• Define and execute the best multi-channel outreach strategy (email, social media, other digital channels)
• Work closely with the sales team, who will build the relationship with the prospect, organize the software demonstration, and qualify the opportunity
• Contribute to the rapid preparation of commercial offers and follow up until conversion
• Manage newsletters and communication campaigns for both prospects and existing clients, with a focus on cross-selling and up-selling
• Work on the website and its SEO/GEO aspects
• Manage newsletters and release notes
• Analyze campaign performance (KPIs, ROI) and continuously optimize
• Leverage AI tools to automate and optimize campaigns
