About the Role

K1 Speed is seeking an experienced Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Search Marketing Specialist to join its Digital Marketing team. This position supports the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid search marketing campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.

The successful candidate will analyze campaign performance, conduct testing and optimization initiatives, develop actionable insights from marketing data, and contribute to improving customer acquisition through paid digital advertising.

This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with strong analytical skills, hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, and a passion for continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Search Campaign Management
    • Assist in planning, building, and managing paid search marketing campaigns.
    • Support campaign setup across Google Ads and other advertising platforms.
    • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for business objectives.
    • Manage keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structure.
    • Ensure campaigns align with marketing goals and budget requirements.
  • Campaign Optimization
    • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and optimization experiments.
    • Evaluate bidding strategies and recommend performance improvements.
    • Conduct keyword research and identify new growth opportunities.
    • Test ad creatives, messaging, and landing page performance.
    • Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversions, and cost efficiency.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data.
    • Prepare recurring PPC performance reports and dashboards.
    • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring optimization.
    • Present actionable insights to internal marketing teams.
    • Perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic marketing decisions.
  • Data Analysis
    • Utilize quantitative analysis to improve campaign performance.
    • Analyze customer behavior and conversion metrics.
    • Support attribution and marketing measurement initiatives.
    • Apply data-driven recommendations to maximize advertising effectiveness.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with the PPC Lead and digital marketing team.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign strategies.
    • Build relationships with advertising platform representatives.
    • Support cross-functional marketing projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads).
  • Experience using Google Ad Manager.
  • Experience with advertising platforms such as AdRoll or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret marketing data and develop optimization strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Paid Social advertising experience.
  • Experience in online advertising and digital marketing.
  • Background in e-commerce or online travel marketing.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
  • Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
  • Experience building relationships with advertising platform representatives.
