Assistant Manager – ERP Department

• Role Overview: The Assistant Manager – ERP will manage, support, and optimize enterprise resource planning systems.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms).
• Configure and customize ERP modules to meet business requirements.
• Provide end-user training and technical support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes.
• Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and security.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and system upgrades.

Lead CBM Engineer Department

• Role Overview: The Lead CBM (Condition-Based Maintenance) Engineer will lead reliability initiatives, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance programs to maximize plant equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead condition-based maintenance (CBM) and predictive maintenance programs.
• Monitor equipment performance and analyze vibration, temperature, and other data.
• Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies.
• Coincide with maintenance and production teams to ensure plant reliability.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in equipment performance and operational efficiency.
