Responsibilities
- Lead shifts, assisting and working alongside crew members
- Provide smiling, friendly service to guests
- Partner with your GM to lead the team and meet daily goals
- Train, coach, and develop successful team members
- Prepare delicious southern foods
- Create a fun work environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and valued
