Postdoctoral Scholar- Pulmonary Critical Care and Sleep

Key Responsibilities

• Drives specialized RNA sequencing and cellular activity projects from execution to completion.
• Develops and troubleshoots new experimental techniques and protocols.
• Attends research seminars.
• Contributes to manuscript preparation and supports technical writing.
• Prepares grant applications for extramural funding.

Qualifications

• Specialized research training, education, and experience in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine within the Department of Internal Medicine.
• Experience designing and executing experiments of considerable scope and complexity.
• Mastering essential wet lab methodologies and utilizing advanced bioinformatics pipelines.
• Leading experimental and writing tasks while maintaining a positive and collaborative relationship with team members.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in relevant field.
• Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
• Experience with RNA sequencing and cellular activity analysis.
