Position: Jr. Executive, Sales

Job Context

Akhtar Group, a leading conglomerate in Bangladesh, seeking smart, dynamic, dedicated and target-oriented individuals to join our Sales team of Akhtar & Delta Furnishers, Akhtar Foam & Mattress and Akhtar Board Industries Ltd.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales and Collection against Targets by proper planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating.
• Follow up products and ensure on time delivery.
• Ensure daily visit or communication with customers/ clients or dealers.
• Customer Management and Control (Prepare & maintain master database of customers, dealers, build up and maintain strong & trustworthy relationship with the customers).
• Conduct client meetings, prepare quotations and presentations in case of Corporate Sales.
• Ensure proper customer satisfaction through proper customer entertainment, customer service etc.
• Analyze competitor products, prices, and services.
• Provide excellent after Sales service.

• Experience: sales targets, corporate sales, sales acumen, sales administration, sales management, sales target achievement, sales support, sales target
