Role Overview The Senior Portfolio Manager partners with Relationship Managers to analyze, underwrite, and manage a growing commercial and corporate loan portfolio in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include leading loan structuring, risk assessment, origination, and servicing, while ensuring credit quality and portfolio growth. The role involves building client relationships, developing lending proposals, and identifying cross-sell opportunities. The manager oversees post-approval due diligence and loan documentation, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining a balanced portfolio of high-value clients. Requirements & Skills 6-8 years of commercial underwriting and portfolio management experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceStrong financial analysis, legal document comprehension, and risk mitigation skillsExcellent communication, organizational, and customer service abilitiesProficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skillsAbility to interpret financial reports and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and regulators
