Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of all documents and artifacts required under the agency's governance framework.
- Provide project coordination support to program areas, as directed by the Client, to facilitate oversight, collaboration, information sharing, and the effective implementation of products and services throughout their lifecycle.
- May include process mapping and diagramming, testing and documenting results, preparing status reports and summaries, and identifying and documenting issues, risks, and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master serving agile teams and providing tasking and prioritization for public health or life sciences markets.
- 5+ years of experience in IT portfolio governance or program management.
- Experience with risk management practices, including risk identification, analysis, and mitigation.
- Familiarity with portfolio management software or project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.).
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, PMI, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with agile methodologies and managing IT portfolios using agile frameworks.
- Experience with financial management for IT portfolios, including cost-benefit analysis and budgeting.
