Portfolio Analyst & Integration Specialist

Location: Bethesda, MD (fully on-site, no remote option). Active Poly clearance is required.

About the Role

This role involves monitoring and analyzing an IT portfolio of programs, supporting strategic planning, and making recommendations to aid sponsor decision-making. You will assist government clients with programmatic goals, schedules, and reports for senior-level executives, and communicate technical topics in a non-technical manner. Extensive collaboration across multiple entities is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the evolution of the Sponsor’s strategic direction and priorities.
• Make recommendations to aid sponsor decision-making, including proposed strategies, roadmaps, identified risks, capability and performance gaps, dependencies, alignment with strategic framework, and funding or program issues.
• Assist government clients with programmatic goals, objectives, schedules, and reports for senior-level executives.
• Communicate technical topics in a non-technical manner to senior-level audiences.
• Draft products with strong writing and grammatical skills.
• Develop program assessment processes and methodologies.
• Track, report, and analyze cost, schedule, risk, and performance.
• Monitor investment compliance.
• Develop business cases, concepts of operations, and memoranda agreements.
• Monitor, forecast, evaluate, and assess programmatic trends and relationships.
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
• Develop integration and transition plans.
• Conduct quality reviews of products and services.
• Produce deliverables in multiple formats (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Work with seniors in diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environments managing competing priorities.

Requirements

• Requires a BS degree and 12–15 years of prior relevant experience, or a Masters with 10–13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in a technical domain. Experience may be exchanged for degree requirements.
• Knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management disciplines.
• Familiarity with planning, programming, budgeting, and execution disciplines.
• Knowledge of key performance indicators.
• Strong analytical competence, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Provide audience-appropriate written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Counterintelligence tools.
• Recent experience in the Intelligence Community (IC).
