Portfolio Analysis & Integration
Leidos has an opportunity for a Portfolio Analysis & Integration role within our Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA). Our team specializes in Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations (CNO), Mission Software, Analytical Methods and Modeling, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Cryptographic Key Management.
About the role
This role focuses on conducting analysis of transition planning, intelligence information requirements, and developing architecture baselines. Responsibilities include providing research and assistance with implementation of community policies and guidance, supporting business process improvements, and systems analysis for missions, systems, and fiscal requirements.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze IT portfolio of programs and their associated capabilities and services
- Support the evolution of the Sponsor’s strategic direction and priorities
- Make recommendations to aid sponsor decision-making, including proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, capability and performance gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issues
- Assist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to senior-level executives
- Communicate technical topics in a non-technical manner to senior-level audiences
- Collaborate extensively across multiple entities
- Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills
- Apply knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management discipline
- Utilize familiarity with planning, programming, budgeting, and execution discipline
- Leverage knowledge of key performance indicators
- Demonstrate strong analytical competence, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Provide audience-appropriate written and verbal communications, showcasing strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Work with seniors in diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environments managing competing priorities
- Produce deliverables in multiple formats (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Develop program assessment processes and methodologies
- Track, report on, and analyze cost, schedule, risk, and performance
- Monitor investment compliance
- Develop business cases, concepts of operations, and memoranda agreements
- Monitor, forecast, evaluate, and assess programmatic trends and relationships
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
- Create integration and transition plans
- Conduct quality reviews of products and services
- Apply familiarity with Counterintelligence tools
Requirements
- TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required
- Typically requires a BA degree and 8–12 years of prior relevant experience or a Masters with 6–10 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in a technical domain. Experience may be exchanged for degree requirements

Pay
Pay Range: $92,300.00 - $166,850.00. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
