Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Makes sure client account cash levels are monitored and excess cash is invested when necessary.
- Trades investments independently based on client goals and risk tolerance.
- Processes ad-hoc trade requests and reviews portfolios for tax loss harvesting opportunities.
- Communicates suitable investment portfolio trade recommendations to clients, Wealth Advisors, Trust Officers, and Portfolio Managers.
- Completes compliance investment reviews and prepares investment recommendations for clients and prospects.
- Creates Investment Policy Statements as needed and assists with Mutual Fund and ETF fund research.
- Aids in client conversations regarding high conviction ETFs and Mutual Funds and prepares investment review materials.
- Prepares committee-level reports for the Compliance Committee and Investment Committee.
- Serves as secretary to the Investment Committee and creates, checks, delivers, and explains periodic investment reports to clients.
- Assists with closing new client prospects and creating, testing, documenting, and implementing new policies and procedures.
- Develops and implements new investment research ideas in Factset (or current research system).
- Provides regular reporting to other Enterprise Bank & Trust departments and performs other duties as required.

- Strong research, analytical, math, and decision-making skills based on a thoughtful assessment of risk and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated to work independently and take ownership and accountability.
- Sound business discretion, good judgment, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- General knowledge of market trends, compliance standards, and trust products.
Education And/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
- One to three years related experience and/or training.
Computer And Software Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite and Google.
- Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in operating Fidelity Wealthscape, Tamarac, and Salesforce.
- Understanding of the Factset Research system and other investment-related applications is a plus.
