POP Ops Analyst
About the role
The POP (Premium-Only Plan) Operations Analyst assists and serves clients, providing exceptional member service and building relationships with members, employers, and partners. This role involves handling client service administrative tasks, such as new client setup, agent certifications, and account maintenance. Additionally, the analyst communicates with the Treasury Team to resolve credit card disputes, refunds, credits, and performs daily payment reporting.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and emails from clients, agents, and brokers in a professional and efficient manner.
- Research and validate client participation in their accounts.
- Process client service administrative tasks, including new client set up/agent certifications, account maintenance, ensuring member data is current and accurate (data entry).
- Interdepartmentally coordinate with other teams within HealthEquity, such as Sales Teams.
- Communicate with the Treasury Team to resolve credit card disputes, refunds, credits, etc.
- Perform daily inline payment reporting.
- Create carrier partner billings and reports, back up for auditing new account batches, maintain records for incoming credit card payments, and monthly compliance batching, auditing via the web portal.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Preferred degree in any field.
- 3-5 years of member service/collections experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in insurance/financial environment preferred.
- Exposure to accounting, banking operations, fulfillment activity, or employee benefits plans is preferred.
- This is a remote position.
