Distribution Ops Analyst

Overview

Handshake is seeking experienced professionals in the energy industry to contribute to AI research through flexible, hourly contract work. This is a project-based opportunity that does not require traditional employment commitments.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in asset management, maintenance reliability, or grid operations, including roles such as Maintenance Planner or Reliability Engineer, Outage Coordinator, or Distribution Ops Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following tools: IBM Maximo, Oracle OMS, SAVEVA PI, ArcGIS.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and asynchronously with AI research teams.
