Customer Ops Analyst

Overview

Handshake is seeking experienced professionals in the energy industry to contribute to AI research through flexible, hourly contract work. This role does not follow a traditional employment model. You will leverage your practical experience with utility metering, customer operations, and energy billing systems to assess AI-generated content and offer insights that enhance AI's understanding of utility processes and customer data management.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in utility metering, customer operations, or related energy functions, such as Meter Data Analyst or Customer Ops Analyst, Billing Analyst, or Energy Accountant.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following tools: Oracle MDM, Oracle CC&BS, APP, Power BI.
• Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and asynchronously with AI research teams.
