About the role
FRED, a leading real estate development and property management company, is seeking Summer Pool Monitors at The Valley View Apartments. Positions start on Memorial Day and end on Labor Day.
Responsibilities
- Maintain safety by monitoring pool activities and enforcing rules.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the pool area.
- Test pool pH and water temperature regularly.
- Monitor weather conditions and close the pool during inclement weather.
- Secure the pool area at the end of each shift.
Requirements
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Dependable, responsible, and capable of working independently.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be available to work between 6pm - 10pm Monday - Friday and 10am - 10pm Saturday - Sunday.
Schedule
Work schedules can vary from as few as 6 hours to as many as 29 hours per week. Schedules are flexible by property.
