Responsibilities

• Patrols the pool area and enforces rules to ensure safety.
• Maintains order and monitors the facility for issues.
• Ensures only authorized residents and their guests use the pool area.
• Enforces pool rules and reports violations to management.
• Supervises guardians supervising children at all times.
• Arranges pool furniture as needed.
• Performs routine patrolling and chemical inspections.
• Exercises sound judgment and makes independent decisions.
• Polices and cleans the pool, playground, basketball court, and pavilion areas daily.
• Restocks supplies and reports any safety issues or damaged items to the manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR training/certification is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
