Responsibilities
- Patrols the pool area and enforces rules to ensure safety.
- Maintains a calm demeanor when handling stressful situations.
- Enforces pool rules and reports violations to management.
- Ensures only authorized residents and their guests use the pool area.
- Safeguards children by arranging for adult supervision.
- Performs routine patrolling and chemical inspections.
- Makes independent decisions based on sound judgment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR training/certification preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
