Responsibilities
- Deal poker games accurately and efficiently according to house rules and gaming regulations
- Responsible for the Table Tray Bank assigned for the shift
- Manage bets and payouts, ensuring correct chip exchanges and pot calculations
- Maintain a professional demeanor and promote positive guest relations
- Report discrepancies or disputes to the Poker Floor Supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a certified dealer training program (preferred)
- Prior experience dealing poker in a casino setting
- Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license as per state regulations
