Point of Sale Clerk

About the role

Intermountain Farmers Association (IFA), a regional agricultural cooperative, is seeking a Point of Sale Clerk for the IFA Country Store in Spanish Fork, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Handle all procedures relating to money, invoicing, and cash register operation.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide excellent customer service.
• Accept payments, calculate discounts, and apply percentages using a cash register.
• Maintain a clean working area.
• Assist in stocking shelves and support retail and warehouse personnel.
• Merchandising duties as required.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Able to stand for the entire shift.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to follow directions.
• Honesty, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
• Available to work Monday through Saturday, 7:00 am – 9:00 pm.

Agricultural background and experience are very helpful.
