Podcast Producer
Higher Ground is building an ongoing roster of experienced Producers to call on as our podcast projects grow.
About the role
If you have served as lead producer on interview or chat shows and thrive on balancing taste, speed, and collaboration, we want to hear from you. This work spans guest booking and editorial development, episode assembly in Adobe Premiere Pro, and hands-on production for always-on shows — so strong production instincts and the ability to own a workflow end-to-end are key. Experience working with high-profile talent and a sharp eye for detail are always a plus.

Requirements
- Experience as lead producer on interview or chat shows
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong production instincts and ability to own a workflow end-to-end
- Experience working with high-profile talent (a plus)
