About the role

Aquent is teaming up with a financial powerhouse in Austin to find a Podcast & Video Production Coordinator who knows how to keep the cameras rolling, mics buzzing, and projects moving. This 18-month role focuses on creating content that impacts millions.

Responsibilities

• Run the Show: Coordinate direct-to-production videos, social clips, and podcast episodes from pitch to publish.
• Keep the Peace & Process: Build schedules, clear production roadblocks, and keep workflows humming in project management tools.
• Set & Studio Support: Join recording sessions, create call sheets, hunt down audio transcripts, and upload final cuts to hosting platforms.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in audio/video production (agency, production house, or in-house studio).
• A love for podcasts and a solid grasp of modern audio/video ecosystems.
• Sharp organizational chops to juggle timelines, assets, and cross-functional teams.
• Bonus points for financial literacy or experience with browser-based recording tools!

Pay

$40 – $44.67/hour
