PMHNP- CHILD ADOLESCENT
About the role
Willow Springs Center is a 116-bed residential treatment facility for children and adolescents ages 6-17 located in Reno, NV. We offer general and specialty treatment programs for males and females in addition to a Special Education program. All programs are staffed by trained clinicians in a multidisciplinary treatment care environment under the direction of the Child Psychiatrist.
Responsibilities
- Complete admission evaluations, regular follow-ups, lead weekly treatment team planning and meetings, and discharge duties for assigned patients.
Qualifications
- Required Education, Licensure, & Certifications: Education: Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner education training program. Certification: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
- Experience: 1+ years prior work experience (excluding clinical or practicum hours) working in a similar setting.
- Licensure: Current Nevada physician/medical license in good standing, or the ability to obtain required license.
- Credentialing: Meets all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.
