Psychiatric APRN Child/Adolescent PMHNP

Join our dynamic Psychiatric Associates team providing outpatient care at our Immanuel clinic. This full-time position offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm with some flexibility, plus a weekend inpatient rounding rotation.

About the role

You will be part of a collaborative outpatient clinic offering a wide variety of mental health services, including psychiatric evaluation and treatment, psychological testing, individual and family psychotherapy, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The team-based approach includes nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, psychologists, and clinical social workers, providing services across outpatient, acute inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, addiction treatment, and residential programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new patient evaluations, diagnose, treat, and manage mental health conditions in adults and adolescents
• Work independently with the support of a collaborating psychiatrist
• Collaborate with a fully supported team model including psychiatrists, therapists, and RNs
• Deliver comprehensive, whole-person care addressing both mental and physical well-being
• Actively contribute as a team player to ensure integrated and optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Certified by the ANCC or AANP as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
• Ability to work with both adult and adolescent populations
• Active or eligible to obtain an unrestricted license in Nebraska and Iowa
• DEA in good standing with no restrictions in Nebraska and Iowa
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1-2 years providing direct client care to persons receiving treatment for psychiatric disorders (preferred)
• Passion for child/adolescent population

$127,897 - $149,213 per year
