About the role

We are actively looking to hire a talented Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the area, who is passionate about patient care, committed to clinical excellence, and sees patients ages 6 and older. Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team at LifeStance Health.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and therapy for patients.
• Work with child and adolescent populations (ages 6+).
• Deliver evidence‑based, medically driven mental health services in an outpatient setting.

Requirements

• Located in and fully licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in South Carolina.
• Minimum of six months of employed outpatient experience.
• Board certified with full prescribing authority.

Qualifications

• Experience in both medication management and therapy.
• Comfortable treating children, adolescents, and adults.

Pay

Compensation range: $142,000–$190,000, based on productivity.

Schedule

• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday with optional evenings/weekends.
• Flexible hybrid schedule to support work/life balance.
• Start date: late November/early December.
