Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Child/Adolescent
About the role
As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is actively looking to hire a talented Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the Columbia area. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, committed to clinical excellence, and sees ages 6 and up.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients aged 6 and up
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and provide therapy as necessary
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
Requirements
- Local to and fully licensed (PMHNP) in South Carolina
- Beyond 6 months of employed outpatient experience
- Board Certified with full prescribing ability
- Experience in both medication management and therapy
- Experience with child and adolescent, ages 6+
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health
- Current licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in South Carolina
- Passionate about providing high-quality patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Compensation range: $142,000-$190,000, compensation model based on productivity
Schedule
Full-time, Monday-Friday with evenings/weekends optional
Flexible hybrid schedule to accommodate work/life balance
