Join our dynamic Psychiatric Associates team providing outpatient care at our Immanuel clinic. This full-time position offers a Monday-Friday 8am–5pm schedule with some flexibility, plus a weekend inpatient rounding rotation.

About the Role

Be part of a collaborative outpatient clinic delivering a wide variety of mental-health services: psychiatric evaluation and treatment, psychological testing, individual and family psychotherapy, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The team includes nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, psychologists, and clinical social workers across outpatient, acute inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, addiction treatment, and residential programs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct new-patient evaluations, diagnose, treat, and manage mental-health conditions in adults and adolescents
  • Deliver comprehensive, whole-person care that addresses both mental and physical well-being
  • Work independently with the support of a collaborating psychiatrist
  • Actively contribute as a collaborative team player, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Certified by the ANCC or AANP as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
  • Ability to work with both adult and adolescent populations
  • Active or eligible to obtain an unrestricted license in Nebraska and Iowa
  • DEA in good standing with no restrictions in Nebraska and Iowa
  • BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1–2 years providing direct client care to persons receiving treatment for psychiatric disorders

Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $127,897 – $149,213
