What You’ll Do
- Identify, pursue, and close new plumbing project opportunities
- Target general contractors, developers, and owners focused on commercial construction
- Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery through proposal and close
- Lead customer discovery conversations to understand plumbing scope, schedule, and budget
- Partner with operations to develop competitive plumbing proposals for projects
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Maintain Salesforce (CRM) as the single source of truth
- Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms aligned with Foster Plumbing’s plumbing capabilities
- Represent Foster Plumbing and Crete United at job walks, pre-bid meetings, and customer meetings
Project Focus
- Tenant improvements
- Retail and office buildouts
- Restaurants and hospitality
- Medical and professional buildings
- Others as capabilities expand
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in plumbing, MEP, or subcontractor business development
- Demonstrated success selling small commercial or small project construction
- Existing relationships with Denver-area general contractors preferred
- Strong understanding of plumbing scopes, estimating coordination, and construction sales cycles
- Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close profitable plumbing work
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and communication skills
- CRM experience required (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally throughout the Denver metro area
