Core Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through dedicated outreach, lead generation, and networking
  • Grow a strong base of recurring clients and nurture relationships month after month
  • Schedule appointments, present tailored solutions, and negotiate winning deals
  • Keep your CRM pipeline organized and updated for maximum efficiency
  • Promote a positive, empowered work atmosphere that values teamwork and client success

Requirements

  • A high school diploma required; a bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • 2-3 years successful B2B sales experience with a true "hunter" mindset and passion for overachievement
  • Sales training certification (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, etc.) is a plus
  • Superior communicator, negotiator, and problem solver with meticulous follow-up
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • CRM systems and Microsoft Office skills required
  • Ready to lift, bend, and walk in the field as needed to succeed

Pay

Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped commissions. You are directly rewarded for every win — the only limit is your own drive.

Schedule

Full cycle ownership. From prospecting and discovery to closing, you control the process, the strategy, and the impact

Qualifications

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree highly preferred
