About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned drain-cleaning professional with expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex plumbing issues using advanced equipment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of solving problems efficiently without unnecessary disruption or expense.

In this role, you will handle challenging clogs, blockages, and line obstructions in residential and commercial settings, often working with high-end or newly constructed properties. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools such as video inspection systems, digital locators, and high-capacity drain cleaners to pinpoint and resolve issues with precision.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex drain and sewer line blockages using advanced equipment, including video inspection systems and digital locators.
• Develop and execute efficient solutions to clear obstructions without unnecessary demolition or disruption (e.g., avoiding slab jackhammering).
• Operate high-capacity drain cleaners, such as the Maxi-Rooter®, to maneuver and remove obstructions in challenging line configurations.
• Collaborate with technicians and clients to track progress and ensure clear communication during the resolution process.
• Select and utilize appropriate cables, tools, and techniques to avoid creating additional obstructions or damage.
• Provide expert recommendations to clients and construction teams to prevent future issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a drain-cleaning professional with a focus on complex residential or commercial plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in using video inspection systems (e.g., Gen-Eye®) and digital locators for diagnosing line issues.
• Experience operating high-capacity drain cleaners, such as the Maxi-Rooter®, and selecting appropriate cables for the job.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions for challenging obstructions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, clients, and construction teams.
• Commitment to minimizing disruption and expense for clients while delivering permanent solutions.

Skills
