Responsibilities

  • Perform drain cleaning services for residential and commercial clients.
  • Operate and maintain specialized drain cleaning equipment, including General Pipe Cleaners tools.
  • Handle tough clogs and root jobs using durable, high-performance tools.
  • Work in various environments, from tight indoor spaces to long outdoor drain runs.
  • Provide exceptional service to maintain and grow the company’s word-of-mouth reputation.

Skills & Equipment Proficiency

  • Experience with General Pipe Cleaners tools, including:
    • Sewermatic™ for handling 30 to 40 root jobs per week.
    • Speedrooter® and Speedrooter XL® for long, tough clogs with interchangeable drums and powerful motors.
    • Super-Vee® for unclogging sink, tub, and laundry drain lines up to 3” in diameter.
    • Mini-Rooter® (Pro and XP models) for versatile, portable drain cleaning in tight spaces.
  • Knowledge of Flexicore® cable for superior kinking resistance and strength.
  • Ability to quickly swap cables and drums to minimize downtime.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to tackle challenging drain issues competitors may avoid.
