Responsibilities

• Maintain and rent a variety of drain cleaning equipment, including cable machines, water jetters, and handheld tools.
• Provide personalized instruction sessions, safety gear (glasses and gloves), and cutting tools with each rental.
• Ensure equipment reliability and quick turnaround through regular maintenance, such as power-washing and applying preservatives.
• Match the right tool to the customer’s specific job to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on the safe and effective use of rented equipment.
