This role involves diagnosing and resolving complex plumbing issues using advanced equipment, such as video pipe inspection systems and high-powered drain cleaners. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding service, ensuring long-term solutions for clients in commercial, medical, and industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing and drain issues using video pipe inspection systems (e.g., Gen-Eye®) to identify root causes of blockages or damage.
• Clear drains and pipes using specialized equipment, such as Speedrooter® machines, Mini-Rooter®, and Power-Vee® drain cleaners.
• Retrieve debris, broken tools, or foreign objects left behind by previous service providers.
• Provide detailed reports, including video recordings (DVD, SD card, or USB), to clients to support repair or replacement recommendations.
• Deliver cost-effective solutions by accurately assessing problems and underbidding competitors while maintaining high-quality work.
• Complete projects efficiently, often ahead of schedule, to meet client expectations and secure long-term maintenance contracts.
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism, particularly in sensitive environments like medical and dental facilities.
• Operate and maintain specialized plumbing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.

Requirements

• Experience in plumbing, drain cleaning, or a related trade.
• Proficiency in using video pipe inspection systems and drain cleaning equipment.
• Ability to diagnose complex plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
