Plumbing Manager

Responsibilities

• Forecast weekly tasks and assign responsibilities
• Analyze and forecast factors affecting results to optimize efficiency
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and operational data for continuous improvement
• Mentor, coach, and lead personnel across the organization
• Recruit, hire, counsel, and terminate employees as needed, ensuring compliance with company policy
• Ensure all employees meet or exceed required safety training
• Conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback, and offer growth opportunities
• Promote continuous learning and professional development

Qualifications And Requirements

• 5 years' experience leading workplace safety efforts
• 3-5 years' prior experience in plumbing
• Positive safety attitude and personal integrity
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts
• Technical knowledge relevant to the plumbing trade
• Decision-making and self-starting abilities
• Solid work ethic and trustworthiness

Financial Management & Profitability

• Drive productivity through process improvements and tool utilization
• Achie minimum budgeted net profit for branch
• Manage billing and collections
• Track accounts receivable and manage working capital
