Responsibilities

• Head up a team of plumbers
• Provide hands-on technical and troubleshooting support for plumbers
• Lead by example and inspire team members to take pride in their work
• Make estimates and bid for jobs
• Ensure quality, profitability, happy team members, and satisfied clients

Qualifications

• Licensed as a journeyman P1 plumber
• Can lead and inspire others to do their best
• Organized and efficient
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attentive to detail

Work Schedule
