Plumbing Manager

About the role

Under limited supervision, a Plumbing Manager oversees the staff and work performed including but not limited to the installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems used for water distribution and wastewater disposal at Union County Public School facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the staff and work performed
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations
• Coordinate with other facility maintenance teams for comprehensive building upkeep
• Respond to emergency plumbing issues as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in plumbing management
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
