About the role

Seeking a Sr Plumbing Designer/Engineer with experience completing Commercial Projects from Start to Finish in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Responsibilities

• Completes project designs, drawings, specifications, system studies, calculations, correspondence, survey, code studies, and construction administration, as necessary.
• Performs involved and detailed design requirements.

Requirements

• BS Engineering or equivalent
• Experience delivering Complete Design of Commercial, Healthcare, High-Rise, and Hotels Projects
• REVIT Software proficiency
• Working knowledge of current Building Codes
• High level of written and verbal communication skills
• Team Player with Good People Skills

Qualifications

• Spanish bilingual (preferred, not required)
• Medical Gas Experience (preferred, not required)
• Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD) (preferred, not required)
