Responsibilities
PC Reps have involvement with the accumulative Players Club database which includes entering data into the ACSC computer program to create new Players Club accounts. Updating and/or making necessary corrections to existing Players Club accounts; and answering guest inquiries related to their Players Club account, such as point balances.
