Plant Office Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Cook up customer orders
  • Coordinate truck dispatches
  • Ensure proper loading and ticketing of customer trucks
  • Perform daily administrative tasks as required
  • Prepare month-end closing information
  • Reconcile time cards for plant personnel
  • Serve as a point of contact for guests and phone inquiries
  • Assist in scale clerk duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or related field
  • Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and standard office practices
  • Ability to use computers, cell phones, and other electronic devices
  • Appropriate typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Integrity and adherence to company policies

Skills

  • Bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience
  • Fundamental understanding of accounting principles
  • Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures
  • Ability to use computers and electronic devices
  • Appropriate typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
