Plant Hydration Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper soil moisture levels for all plants in the facility.
• Develop and implement watering schedules based on plant type and individual needs.
• Inspect plants regularly for signs of overwatering or underwatering.
• Adjust watering techniques as needed to ensure optimal plant health.
• Collaborate with the horticulture team to address any plant hydration issues and develop solutions.
• Keep accurate records of watering schedules and plant health assessments.
• Aid in the training of staff on proper watering techniques and plant care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in plant care or horticulture preferred.
• Knowledge of different plant species and their hydration needs.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move plants as needed.
• Certification in horticulture or a related field is a plus.
