The role of Plant & Facility Manager involves overseeing the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of all plant facilities. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, managing facility budgets, and coordinating with external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of plant facilities
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Manage facility budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Coordinate with external contractors for facility maintenance and upgrades
• Conduct regular inspections and report findings to management
• Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency response plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually
