Plant Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Propose and manage budgets for projects
• Plan and execute strategies for completing projects on time
• Research and develop designs and products
• Manage and develop others
• Partner with various departments and leadership to ensure support of projects
• Provide clear and concise instructions and training as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements:
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
• Completed formal training in and/or have at least one (1) year of work experience applying continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma, 5-S, Lean Manufacturing, Transactional Lean, etc.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher or at least four (4) years of work experience in engineering
• Must have at least three (3) years of work experience in an engineering function
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Have a bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
• Have at least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s), supervising others, or leading teams
• Have prior work experience using timekeeping systems
• Have at least three (3) years of work experience in a manufacturing and/or distribution facility

About the role

Additional Information:

• Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm (Occasional weekends to support a 24/7 Site)
• 5% Travel

Pay

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case and will impact where actual compensation may fall within the stated wage range.

Schedule

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm with occasional weekend work to support a 24/7 site.
