Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in a highly regulated manufacturing industry such as food, pharmaceuticals, petrochemical or chemical
- Capital Project management experience with any or all of the following: utilities, wastewater and/or ammonia is required
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of plant technical strategies focused on engineering capital projects, systems improvement, and operational excellence
- Drive vertical startup processes that support low-loss production systems
- Provide solutions to complex technical challenges
- Enhance overall plant performance
- Manage the plant capital plan
- Oversee critical utility systems that support safety, quality, sanitation, cost, and service objectives

- Compensation range: $100,000 - $135,000
