Plaintiff's Employment Associate Attorney - open to experience!

Responsibilities

• Support and manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Participate in class action and PAGA litigation strategy
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Absorb and assist with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
• Collaborate closely with partners and litigation teams
• Engage in client communication and case development

Qualifications

• 1–7 years of litigation experience (employment law strongly preferred)
• Experience with wage & hour or PAGA matters is highly desirable
• Open to candidates from plaintiff or defense backgrounds
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated initiative and a strong desire to learn (“hungry” mindset)
• Active admission to the California State Bar
