Responsibilities
- Handle California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
- Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
- Draft and argue motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Work closely with partners on complex employment litigation matters
Requirements
- 3-5 years of employment litigation experience
- Experience handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
- Strong academic credentials and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
