Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of employment and general litigation matters
- Draft and respond to discovery, prepare motions, and represent clients in court
- Take and defend depositions
Requirements
- 4+ years of employment litigation experience
- Prior defense experience required
- Ability to handle multiple cases independently
